Services

  • We will meet with your team to develop community styles, standard floor plans, facades, and alternative facades that meet you and your client’s needs. From schematics to design documents, we have you covered.

  • If you don’t require full design, but rather drafting assistance or modifications to designs you already own, then we offer that too. Whether you are trying to relieve an overburdened team, or just want more production capacity, we have as many Revit-trained drafters as you need.

  • Creating photo-realistic renderings not only requires its own set of software licenses and skills, but plenty of precious working hours. We have you covered and can save you valuable time by bringing new visualization to your project for clients and shareholders.

  • $100.00 / hr.

  • $120.00 / hr.

  • 50% of Original Fee

  • $70.00 / hr.
